Forest Bathing, (AKA Forest Therapy) is an experience of taking time in nature simply to notice what you see, feel, smell and hear. This two hour experience will begin with a brief introduction to the practice and an orientation to the outdoor space we visit. You may choose a location within 30 miles of Nashville, or she can help with that choice.
During participants' time together, Tami will offer a series of invitations to the group and facilitate sharing. Many studies show that taking time in nature in this way reduces stress, boosts immune response, enhances creativity and allows for attention restoration.
This activity is perfect for families with older children, friend groups, or work groups.
Offered by Tami Coleman, Certified ANFT* Forest Therapy Guide.
